The EPA's Renovation, Repair & Painting Final Rule (40 CFR 745) became effective 4/22/10 ("Firms working in Pre-1978 Homes and child occupied facilities must be certified and use lead-safe work practices during renovations.") The requirements are very precise, demand meticulous steps for remodeling, and the documentation must be maintained on the job for testing, certifications, and reporting.

We are a great resource for any questions you may have to navigate through the maze of new laws, requirements and remediation, and can take care of each step of the process for you.
