About Us

A & E Construction Services, Inc. was formed over twelve years ago by two consummate development professionals, Robert Aguilar and Joseph Esposito, to provide a unique blend of quality, efficiency, and unsurpassed value to our clients. The A & E mission is simple: to be the best at what we do, and develop lifelong client relationships. Robert Aguilar, a veteran in the residential and commercial drywall industry, obtained his license at the tender age of 20, and has run a successful drywall business for over twenty years.

Bob has completed thousands of projects over the last two decades, ranging from residential housing tracts to military housing, multi-family, and large commercial complexes and office buildings. Joseph Esposito has spent the last twenty plus years building everything from sewer lift stations, parks, fitness facilities and community pools to single family housing, townhomes, and a 1,800 unit apartment complex over double subterranean parking. He has developed a cohesive system of bringing together all of the design professionals prior to breaking ground in order to attain the highest level of building efficiency and value engineering for the client.
